Full Yoga Therapy Plan ~ $185
– this package includes an assessment, a comprehensive home program packet and instructions on how to implement program, making modifications as needed. A home program might include some or all of the following~ yogic posture, pranayama or breath work, Ayurvedic diet suggestions, herb and supplement recommendations, exercise, meditation, mantra, affirmations, and or ceremony/rituals
Follow Up Session ~ $35-60
– review progress and make adjustments and modifications to the plan
